We’re still buzzed over the AsiaPOP Comic Con in Manila, where we got a chance to meet with the wonderful Nathalie Emmanuel, who plays the Mother of Dragon’s BFF on HBO’s Game of Thrones, Missandei.

The actress sat down for a chat with the media, giving us some interesting insights about her GOT life, though there was that ONE question she totally didn’t answer about Game of Thrones season 6. Here are some of her responses.

On her favourite Game of Thrones character…

NE: Daenerys. It has to be. She’s my homie.

Well, no surprises there.

One Game of Thrones character she would have liked to play

NE: Maybe I’d play someone kinda evil. Cersei. Cause she seems like she’d be fun to play…

On what Missandei represents in women…

On how would she like Missandei to die (because it’s Game of Thrones – Valar Morghulis!)

NE: Part of me is like, she’s had a hard life… So I kinda want her to settle down, and be happy, and maybe have some kids [Note: Might be hard if you’re seeing Grey Worm, just saying] and grow old… But then part of me is like, maybe she could die in some epic battle and like kick some butt first… and suddenly we realise she’s like a ninja secretly, like “OH MY GOD MISSANDEI IS SO BADASS”! That would be really cool.

On having to speak a fictional language in the show…

NE: It’s hard… but we are given loads and loads of help… I feel quite particular about the language. Being the translator, I think it’s only right that I do it well. I practise it a lot.

On Game of Thrones season 6…

NE: This season is really exciting… It’s got a lot of momentum and we were left with Peter Dinklage (Tyrion Lannister) in our litttle team, so we’re seeing a whole new dynamic in that group only Tyrion can bring.

On the coolest part about being in Game of Thrones…

Much fan girl there.

On what she and Emilia Clarke (Daenerys) get up to when not filming…

NE: It’s kinda a match made in heaven… We hang out off set and stuff, we like to have little tea parties… She’s a sweetheart, I really love working with her… She’s lovely.

On her role in the Fast and Furious movie…

NE: I have a confession… I don’t actually have a driver’s licence… And I’m in a car movie, so that’s a bit awkward… I live in London! You just jump on the bus or the tube, it’s so much quicker!

On Jon Snow (You knew it would happen)…

NE (with a wry smile on her face): I have no answer, I’m sorry to say.

She may or may not know nothing… but we know something.
