We’ve told you about All Nippon Airways’ Star Wars-themed R2-D2 plane, as well as the X-wing and TIE Fighter replicas at Singapore’s Changi Airport.

The two were unveiled to the public today to much fanfare, which included a bit of a Stormtrooper vs Rebel Alliance pilots match up at the X-wing in Terminal 3. We’re gonna bet that the Rebel pilots won, because Stormtroopers can’t shoot straight.

Budding X-wing pilots can also take to the cockpit (sorry, that plane seems permanently grounded), but be warned, tickets are issued on a first-come-first-serve basis. And if you’ve learnt nothing about that, go google “H&M Balmain Singapore”.

The TIE fighter at Terminal 2 isn’t as big, but still as impressive (though it was already out in the open for a bit).

As for ANA’s R2-D2 jet, it’s parked at E26 in Terminal 2, which has been made up to match the plane’s Star Wars theme.

30 lucky winners will be touring the plane on Nov 14, and also watching a movie onboard which thankfully isn’t the prequels.

Media reports have also shown a certain green Jedi master sitting smugly in business class, so warned, you have been.

Don’t forget, the Star Wars plushies are also available from Nov 17.

And if you’re interested in catching Star Wars: The Force Awakens when it opens on Dec 17, be sure to check out our guide to getting your tickets for the big day.
