The Marvel Cinematic Universe may be seeing actor Tom Hiddleston’s bum (#Hiddlesbum, you’re welcome) for the last time when Thor: Ragnarok hits.
In an interview with the Daily Beast, the man who plays fan-favourite Loki said the third Thor movie would be “cool” cause he hasn’t done it for four years, but that it would also be his “last time out of the gate”.
When asked by the Daily Beast about the Norse trickster god’s role in Avengers: Infinity War, Hiddleston indicated he wasn’t sure of anything yet.
“I don’t know! Honestly, I don’t know,” he says with a shrug. “They haven’t got their ducks in a row yet. They make it up as they go along.”
Well. Of course, it could be another case of not wanting to jump the Gunn (sorry James, couldn’t resist), but Loki was central to the first Avengers movie and the events that followed.
It was his attack on New York City that basically set the ball rolling for the MCU, so keeping him around seems appropriate. Plus, imagine the cries of a million fans demanding the #Hiddlesbum.
